Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers.

To ensure that warranty rights remain valid, customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If any damage caused during transportation is identified, the customer should request an official damage report from the courier and refuse acceptance of the shipment.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Products that have been altered, assembled, painted, modified, or otherwise changed from their original condition.

Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling, storage, or maintenance.

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

For scale model kits, resin parts, photo-etched components, decals, and hobby accessories, minor manufacturing characteristics such as mold lines, casting gates, support attachment points, or surface preparation requirements inherent to the production process shall not be considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

Warranty claims shall be handled in accordance with the policies of the manufacturer and applicable consumer protection laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
