Product Return Policy

If a product purchased through our website is found to be defective or incorrect, the Buyer must contact Ginger Cat through our customer support channels within seven (7) days of receiving the order.

After the issue has been reviewed and approved by Ginger Cat, the product must be returned using the shipping instructions provided by our support team. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the defective or incorrect product will be replaced with an identical product, subject to availability.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The defect or damage resulted from misuse, improper handling, modification, assembly, painting, or any action performed by the Buyer.

The product has been used, assembled, altered, painted, or otherwise modified after delivery.

The Buyer fails to notify Ginger Cat within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

For defective products covered by applicable consumer protection laws, Ginger Cat will provide repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies as required by law.

This Return Policy shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.

Scale Model Kits and Resin Products

Scale model kits, resin parts, photo-etched components, decals, and accessories are hobby products intended for assembly and customization. Minor casting marks, support attachment points, mold lines, or surface preparation requirements inherent to the manufacturing process shall not be considered defects. Buyers are expected to inspect all components before assembly, painting, or modification. Once a product has been assembled, painted, modified, or permanently altered, it may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law.
